United Nation’s Day with a theme: “Equality, Freedom, and Justice for All” is one of
the most awaited and anticipated events of the year. The day raises awareness for
maintaining global equality, freedom and justice. It reminds every individual to band
together in support of universal values while standing up for individual’s right.

Aside from allowing students, faculties and staffs to allocate time for fun, joy and
promote camaraderie, the celebration may strengthen the ideas for general welfare and
encourages everyone to respond to their call for individual and collective responsibility
to foster the essential values for peace.

Relative thereto, we are sending this letter, requesting your good office to allow us to
conduct the United Nation’s Day on October 20, 2023, Friday, at Central National
High School Batasan Extension.

For your reference, enclosed is the copy of proposal and other relevant documents.

PROJECT PROPOSAL

I. PROJECT/ACTIVITY TITLE
United Nation’s Day with the theme: EQUALITY, FREEDOM and JUSTICE FOR ALL”

II. DATE OF IMPLEMENTATION

III. OBJECTIVES
1. Provide social events that allow students to differentiate the traditional dance
and costume of different countries under of United Nations.
2. To allow students to express their willingness to take part in the activity by
wearing their chosen traditional costume of a country.
3. To devote the day in showcasing the talents, intellect and skills of students
through the highlight of activities.

IV. TARGET PARTICIPANTS

The target participants for the event are the entire students of Central National
High School Batasan Extension.
