4. Objective

To advocate the time consciousness and honesty specifically:

1. To orient the learners the essence of the Project WATCH
2. To increase awareness on the time consciousness and honesty among learners throughout their learning
process
3. To renew the interest of each learner and motivate them to do small or big deeds applying the time
consciousness and honesty

5. Description/Component/Activities

Pursuant to the Presidential Declaration No. 1782 signed by Former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo in
the City of Manila, dated May 21, 2009. Project W.A.T.C.H. (We Advocate Time Consciousness and
Honesty) is an advocacy program jointly undertaken by JCI Senate Philippines, Department of Education,
Commission on High Education, Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, Philippines
Association of Colleges and Universities , PAPSCU, PRISAA, and the Office of the Presidential Assistant
for Education, to promote and undertake programs that will instill the value of punctuality and honesty in
all sectors society.

Since we are still in the middle of pandemic, two modalities of orientation to students will be conducted,
the face-to-face and the virtual Project WATCH Orientation. The Supreme Student Government, their
adviser together with the WATCH Officers will prepare the program and activities. The program will be
held at the school’s covered hall and on the Official Facebook Page of D.Q. Liwag National High School
Project WATCH and SSG. The participants to this event are the students of the said school.

Expenses relative to this activity will be charge against MOOE subject to the usual auditing rules and
regulations. For this activity to succeed, materials such as the following are necessary:

9. Expected Output

The expected outcome of this project are:

1. An increased of awareness of the conduct of the PROJECT W.A.T.C.H. activities
2. Learned the essence of the implementation of PROJECT W.A.T.C.H.
3. Renewed the interest of each learner and motivate them to do small or big deeds applying the time
consciousness and honesty.
