PROJECT PROPOSAL
S.Y. 2017-2018

I. TITLE: Early Enrollment for Grades 7 and 11

ll. TARGET DATE: March 23, 2021.

lll. PROGRAM: Through social media platform.

lV. SOURCE OF FUND:

In this activity, there will be no money that will be involve for we are conducting a
virtual activity.

V. TARGET PARTICIPANTS:

The activity is intended to students of D.Q. Liwag National High School, especially
those who are incoming Grade 7 and 11 students.

VI. RATIONALE:

Pursuant to the DepEd Order No. 49, s. 2011 entitled Mandated Programs, Projects
and Activities of The Supreme Student Government, they are required to conduct an early
enrollment notice to incoming Grade 7 and 11 students. Due to our current situation, the
announcement and notice will be posted on our social media platform.

Vll. OBJECTIVES:

To inform the students that the school is having an early enrollment registration for
Grades 7 and 11.

Vlll. METHODOLOGY

Amidst the pandemic, it will be hard for us to inform the community face to face. In
compliance with this, the SSG will post the announcement to their Facebook Page —D.Q.
Liwag National High School Supreme Student Government.
