 Vision
The organization purposely organize and unites
themselves to alleviate the poverty situation of the
farmers and fisherfolks in the Barangay.

Mission
To attain its vision, the people's Organization shall
help improve the economic condition of the farmers and
fisherfolks through the provision of alternative
livelihood development opportunities to increase their
income.

Goals and Objectives

The people's organization seek to increase the
capability of it's leaders in order to facilitate in
strengthening it's membership where members actively
participate in all organizational activities and provided
appropriately with livelihood opportunities and health
insurance to creatively sustain and secure their
sources of income while protecting their coastal and
marine resources of the barangay. And also to achieve
and encourage farmers to agricultural productivity
thereby providing livelihood opportunities to ensure
food security, contribute increase household income of
farmers. Thus, improving their standard of living.

❖ Ang mga dokumento sa asosasyon pagakuptan/hiposon sa

sekretarya mentras wala pay kabutangan sa tindahan.

❖ Kinahanglan ug naay mohulam sa dokumento, ipapirma sa record

book.

❖ Ang mga dokumento sa asosasyon isulod sa folder ug labelan.

 POLISIYA SA TINDAHAN

1. Ang membro nga moutang limitado sa P500.00 ang moutang ug

pagabayaran sulod sa usa ka semana.

2. Ang dili membro nga moutang pagapiyansahan sa membro ayha

makautang ug gilimitahan lamang sa P500.00 ang mautang ug
pagabayaran sulod sa usa ka semana.

3. Ug dili mkabayad sulod sa usa ka semana ipatawag sa BOD ug

pagahimangnoan sa iyang atraso.

4. Ang tindera modawat ug honorarium kantidad P120.00 kada adlaw

ug snack balor P20.00.

5. Ang purchaser sa panahon nga mangompra tagaan ug PHP 100.00

isip honorarium.

6. Ang auditor maga audit sa dagan sa negosyo sa tindahan kada bulan

uban sa bookkeeper ug membro nga bakante.

Association (POMAFFA) and agree to faithfully obey its rules and regulations as set down in
its by-laws and amendments thereof or elsewhere, and the decisions of the general
membership meetings as well as those of board of directors.

I also hereby pledge to subscribe initially for one share (common stocks) with a par value
of Php 1,000.00 of the capital stocks of said organization and to pay the amount of Php1,
