WHEREAS, Chapter 58 Art 205 Section 1 part I of the USM Code states that students
have “the right to be free from involuntary contributions, except those approved by their
own organization or societies;”

WHEREAS every student has the right to achieve their full potential by engaging in
meaningful and relevant activities, and along with that right is the obligation to contribute
to reasonable fees.

WHEREAS, The CTI-NABA officers and class representatives conduct a consultation

regarding on upcoming Liyab 2023 a university event. Building the essence of
socialization, unity, and competitiveness.

NOW, THEREFORE, be it:

RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved to collect Php 20.00 to fund the operation of

Liyab 2023.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to use the collected fund for the following purposes:

Activity/ Project Fees

Food Php 3,000.00
Other expenses Php 9,000.00
TOTAL Php 12,000.00

RESOLVED FINALLY, that this resolution shall take effect upon approval of the
majority of members through a referendum.
