Narrative Report on PTA Meeting Conducted on March 31, 2023

The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) meeting for the month of March was held on the 31st at the
school auditorium. The meeting started promptly at 3:00 PM with the school principal, Mr. Johnson,
delivering the opening remarks. He welcomed all the parents and thanked them for their continued
support towards the school's programs and activities.

The first item on the agenda was the Midyear Report on Students’ Performance and Activities. The
school's academic performance was presented by the head teacher, Ms. Rodriguez. She shared that the
students’ academic performance has improved significantly since the start of the school year. She also
highlighted the achievements of the students in various academic and co-curricular activities. Several
students were commended for their outstanding performances in different events, such as the science
fair, math quiz bee, and sports tournaments.

Next on the agenda was the topic of Students’ Safety. The school’s guidance counselor, Ms. Gomez,
shared that the school has been strictly implementing its safety protocols and measures to ensure the
well-being of the students. She also reminded parents to always keep the school informed of any health
concerns or issues related to their children.

The third item on the agenda was the Students’ Concerns on the Different Programs. The school's
program coordinators presented updates on the Open High School, Science, Technology and
Engineering, and Special Program in Mathematics. The coordinators shared the programs' objectives
and how they are being implemented in the school. Students' feedback and concerns were also
addressed, and the coordinators assured the parents that they are continuously monitoring and
evaluating the programs' effectiveness.

Lastly, the meeting addressed Other Important Matters. The PTA officers shared the results of their
recent fundraising activities and thanked the parents for their support. They also discussed upcoming
events, such as the school fair and the graduation ceremony.

The meeting ended with closing remarks from Mr. Johnson, who once again thanked the parents for
their participation and support. He encouraged parents to continue to be involved in their children's
education and to communicate with the school regularly. With that, the PTA meeting was adjourned at
5:00 PM.
