NARRATIVE REPORT
On May 6, 2023, a parent-teacher conference and distribution of report cards was held at 10:00-11:00 am. The
meeting started on time with the attendance of the teachers, parents, and guardians. The purpose of the meeting
was to discuss the academic progress of the students, as well as to address other important matters concerning
the school.

One of the major topics discussed during the meeting was the safety of the students. I emphasized the
importance of following safety protocols and measures to ensure the well-being of the students. The parents
also raised their concerns and suggestions regarding the safety of their children while they are in school.

Another significant matter discussed was the academic performance of the students. I discussed the areas where
the students need to improve and suggested ways on how the parents can help their children to enhance their
academic skills. The upcoming Junior-Senior Promenade was also tackled during the meeting. I discussed with
the parents the preparations for the event, including the dress code, theme, and venue.

The attendance of the students was also a matter of concern during the meeting. I emphasized the importance of
attending classes regularly and being punctual. I also reminded the parents to monitor their children's
attendance and to communicate with the school if there are any concerns. Other important matters were also
discussed during the meeting, such as the school's policies and guidelines. We had an open dialogue and
exchange of ideas to ensure that the students' academic and personal growth are being nurtured and supported.

In conclusion, the parent-teacher conference and distribution of report cards on May 6, 2023, was a productive
and informative meeting. The safety of the students, academic performance, the upcoming Junior-Senior
Promenade, attendance, and other important matters were discussed.
