1. Pursuant to CSC MC No, entitled Program to Institutional Meritocracy and Excellence in

Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) and in order to strengthen the implementation
of DepEd Order No. 9 S. 2002 entitled “Establishing Program on Awards and Incentives for
Service Excellence. The DepEd PRAISE aims to encourage, recognize and reward
employees, individual or in groups, for their suggestions, innovative ideas, inventions,
discoveries, superior accomplishments, heroic deeds, exemplary behavior, extraordinary acts
services in the public interest and other personal efforts contributing acts or services in the
improvement in government operations which lead to organizational productivity.

2. Enclosed are the School-Based PRAISE Committee SY 2022-2023 and the Duties and
Functions of School-Based PRAISE Committee.
