1. Training Needs Analysis: reIers to investigation or analysis in which the management determines the need Ior training their new or current employees. This is very important phase in beginning a training scenario, where new employees in particular and current employees in general are assessed to get a handy knowledge about their shortcomings and then a suitable training method is adopted. 2. Instructional Design: On this stage a suitable method is suggested and adopted by the managers by which the new employees would be trained. The training course materials, such as worksheets, documents, maps, cards etc are arranged during this process. 3. Validation: On this stage, the training session is almost Iinalized and iI present then, the Iaults and shortcomings oI the training are removed or corrected. 4. Implementation: On this stage the employees are assigned their jobs and are given opportunity to utilize their potential to work as per the requirements oI their job-Iunction. The employees, here apply their training skills and try their best to meet the requirements oI their speciIic job. 5. Evaluation: In this step the managers assess employees whether they are perIorming up to the expectations or not. The most prominent methods Ior training teachers, adopted in NSSAB are diIIerent. For example: Cooperative Learning Method, Pedagogical Skills Improvement Scenarios, Lectures, Degree Programs and many more. The key Iocus is always the same; Improvement in Teacher`s Skills to teach in better ways. Teachers are trained in diIIerent ways according to the Training Need Analysis. For example, iI a Language teacher has some diIIiculties in teaching grammar, then that particular teacher is speciIically trained in that area. In short, every Subject Teacher needs diIIerent sort training methods and tools. General Overview of the Steps carried out in Teacher training As discussed earlier, there are certain stages and steps that exist in teacher training programs; generally, there are some common elements Ior all the teachers teaching at diIIerent levels. The very Iirst step is EIGHT STEP IN LESSON PLANNING TECHNIQUES TRAINING. Step 1: Choosing the topic Here the content oI the topic is chosen; The teacher is trained to choose the topic in a proper arrangement and planning or teaching on a particular day in a particular class. Step 2: Choosing Resources Here the teacher is trained to choose the appropriate material Ior teaching a particular subject and particular topic. Step 3: Assessing students` previous knowledge Student`s previous knowledge is assessed to ensure whether student has any knowledge oI the subject or the topic. Step 4: Writing Main Points of the topic The teacher writes key points Ior the topic and student is given hints what is going to be taught. Step 5: Introducing the new resources that would help the student in learning that particular Topic and subject Here teacher prescribes students the material that would assist students in understanding that particular subject. Step 6: Developing the topic The students are given diIIerent directions to understand the topic and the subject thoroughly.

Step 7: Allowing students to share what they have learnt Here students are asked to give Ieedback and on the basis oI that Ieedback teacher decides to teach the next topic or to remain on the same topic.
Step 8: Assessing the student`s Learning and improving teaching skills On this, the last stage, students are assessed through diIIerent methods to ensure that they have learnt what has been taught to them. In this concern, iI there are some shortcomings in teachers Pedagogical skills then these are improved and rectiIied.
