BASIC EDUCATION-LEARNING CONTINUITY PLAN FOR S.Y. 2021-2022

I. Introduction

Fe del Mundo National High School is the home of 2,300 diverse learners from
the 12 out of 17 barangays in the Municipality of Mansalay. Thirty percent (30%)
of the population are Indigenous People (Mangyan-Hanunuo) who are commonly
residing from the high terrain and far -flung areas of the Municipality for the
School Year 2020-2021.

Through the strong partnership of the school to its stakeholders such as the Local
Government Unit and other government agencies, non-government parties, and
with the parents, School Year 2020-2021 was a success in terms of delivering
quality education to the learners.

This School Year 2021-2022, Fe del Mundo National High School will serve
around 2,800 more or less students from Junior High School and Senior High
School Department. Last school year, served as an experienced to be
understood especially on how to deliver effective and quality education to our
learners amidst this COVID-19 pandemic.

The whole team of Fe del Mundo National High School that comprises of 92
teaching and non-teaching personnel are more than ready to elevate the
delivery of learning to the learners. The crafted Basic Education-Learning
Continuity Plan for S.Y. 2021-2022 will surely fill all the identified learning gaps
in the new normal delivery of learning. We will materialize this school year our
hybrid blended learning which is the primary source of learning of the students
is through Printed Modular Distance Learning. The school will also offer the
online learning especially to the Special Science Class and to the Specialized
and Applied subjects in the Senior High School Department. The online learning
is not exclusive to the SSC and to the Senior High School students, but this
is also inclusive to the students from regular classes who are afforded to
access the online learning. The school also will have an official Youtube
Channel where all localized self-made video lessons of the teacher will be
uploaded. Official Facebook page of the school will also utilize for a platform
where students can download different localized self-made learning modules,
worksheets, and learning answer sheets. Aside from this, we will fully implement
the Project ABOT (Advocate Better Output in MDL through tutorial)-which
aims to help students from dropping out by giving instruction through a two-way
radio as means of intervention of the school with partnership of SANDUGO and
Radio and Rescue Communication Group. Project ABOT will intensify the
Project KAAGAPAY of the Department of Education.

The school will also be adopting the best practices from the Division of Rizal-
CALABARZON Region about their Project AKAP (Anak Kamusta ang iyong Pag-

The Tutorial Hub section in the school-that will cater struggled students

A.2 Online Teaching

a. DepEd simcard-100 percent of the teachers of Fe del Mundo National

High School are the recipients of the SMART-SIM Card of the DepEd
that will be used for online teaching.
b. Recipient of 50 units of DepEd Tablet

A.3. Printing of Modules and other Learning Materials

a. 100 percent of the teachers were given their own printer last May 2021.
100% are operational.
b.Two (2) units of photocopier for mass reproduction of SLMs are 100 %
functional.

B.1. Teachers are fully trained for online teaching

1. INSET will focus on how to be an effective online teacher.

2. Teachers will undergo of training on how to make a localized self-
made video lesson to be uploaded in the official Youtube channel
of the school.

B.2.Class and Teachers Programs are already disseminated

For the early preparation and walkthrough of the different modules, last
August 1 the class and Teachers program were already given to the
teachers.

B.3.Coordinattorships and other Ancillary Positions

To materialize and attain the outstanding performance of the school in

the delivery of learning, last July 12,2021-the school issued the Special
Orders to different teaching and non-teaching personnel for the
coordinator ships and other Ancillaries for the S.Y. 2021-2022.

C. Governance
The principal together with the head teachers, master teachers and
respective coordinators crafted plan for the BE-LCP for the S.Y. 2021-2022.

The following are the plans of the school to follow strictly the Health Protocols
of IATF and DOH.

D.1. Number of Teachers Vaccinated

As of August 9,2021, 50% of the teaching and non-teaching personnel of

the school have their at least 1 doze of available vaccines on their
respective Municipality.

D.2.Healthy Parameters will be/were installed in the School

5.The school will use the corridor area as guest area and will install a booth

6.Tutorial Hub will install at the school’s gymnasium following the health
protocols such as barriers. This will cater parents and students who are
struggling in answering their SLMs. Five (5) students/parents will only
cater/day. Fully Vaccinated Teachers will render this service. (See Annex
A for the Design of Tutorial Hub of the School)
7.Teachers will be given free mask and face shield form the COVID-19
fund.
8. Two Way Radio through Project ABOT through the partnership of
SANDUGO and Radio and Rescue Communication Group as the
school intensify the project KAAGAPAY of the Department of
Education.
9. The school has a Paging System that will utilize for information
dissemination.
10.Virtual Meetings to be done monthly through Google meeting and Zoom
meeting as part of KAMUSTAHAN of the school.
III. Plans
1.How the school shall deliver education?

learning.

b. Online Distance 1.Special Science Class and the Specialized and

The school has strong partnership between the local government units and other
government agencies, parents, and other stakeholders. Those are key personnel who will
be the KAAGAPAY of the school to deliver BE-LCP for this S.Y. 2021-2022.
4.What Strategies/mechanisms?
A. Orientation of parents, teachers, and other stakeholders about the learning delivery of
the school for S.Y. 2021-2022 through virtual platforms.
B. Survey to parents/students for the learning modalities they preferred.
C. Testing the effectivity of the two-way radio tutorial for the far-flung areas. Barangay
official on Education will be assigned to handle the two-way radio.
D. Online will be tested before the opening of the classes.
E. The delivery of the module will be only once every quarter.
F. During INSET there will simulation, refresher course for online teaching, crafting of
localized ready-made video lesson for every learning area.
G. Building strong camaraderie and support to all the teaching and non-teaching
personnel of the school are very essential to secure the 100% delivery of quality of
education amidst this COVID-19 pandemic.
H. Materializing and realizing all the plans for BE-LCP for the S.Y. 2021-2022 ahead of
time will surely achieve all the best outcomes as expected in delivering quality education
using blended learning.
5.If implementing F2F, what shall be done?
1.Orientation to parents about the limited face to face.
2.Rules and regulations to be strongly implemented during the F2F.
3.Partnership with the stakeholders for the transportation of the learners.
4.Class program will be set A and set B for one section.
5.Wednesday will be the disinfection day of the school.
6.Health protocols must be properly observed from the arrival and departure of the
students.
7.Every month antigen test will be given to the teachers and also the students.
