actions or strategies a school will undertake to
achieve its goals. The roles and responsibilities
assigned to staff members.

comprehensive way to monitor change and
progress across a variety of objectives and goals

Highlights of the activity/PPA The session started thru a prayer followed by the opening
remarks of our school head, Rosalia E. Ignacio. The
statement of purpose was delivered by the Lac Focal
person, Heidi Lyn Sicat, after that is the discussion on the
Importance of Action Plan and Ways on Creating Action
Plan.
It was a fruitful day for everybody. The output of this
LAC are the Action Plan Created by the teachers
according to their area of leadership.
Issues and Challenges Some teachers were not computer literate so they find
hard time in making their own action plan
