In View of longer duration of closures, evidence
shows that COVID 19 slows down the goal of lowering
learning poverty. In Region 3, low proficiency level in
English remains dilemma as revealed by the results of
standard test which also manifested from the results in
Schools Division of Tarlac City thru reading assessment
and academic profiling.
In line with this RM 187 s 2022, our school
conducted the SLAC on the Utilization of Reading
Materials for Non-Decoders and Non-Comprehenders so
that all the teachers will be aware on how to properly
implement and use the said materials.
