RATIONALE:
What are the mandates or legal (RA, Order, or Memo) basis of the activity?

Evaluation in an educational institution can strengthen advocacy and support

sustainability, spread what works, help prepare organizations for leadership and
provide an opportunity to build stakeholder’ own monitoring, evaluation, and
learning capacity.

Why this activity needs to be conducted? What are the situations, problems, issues
you wanted to resolve?

School year 2019 – 2020 was cut short due to the prevalence of threats brought
about by the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the existing Enhanced Community
Quarantine (ECQ), Lucena Dalahican NHS has to move forward and get ready for
the next school year. Hence, this proposed BiDALAHICAN-FEST: A Festival of
Accomplished and Executed School Targets (Year-end Project Implementation
Review & Target Setting) on April 27, 2020 @ 2:00 PM via Zoom aims to review
programs and projects implemented from June 2019 to April 2020; share best
practices and highlight outstanding accomplishments.
