Introduction
Practice teaching is a period of guided supervised teaching. It is where the college student
is introduced into the teaching role for a particular class by a mentor of what so called
cooperating teacher.

It is also a training that have the most important aspects of every teacher's education
curriculum as it prepares the student teachers to become a qualified teacher in the future even
though we experience struggles but this is part of being a teacher. Dimasalang National High
School (DNHS) is the best training grounds to me as pre-service teacher because I learned a lot
of things to this. The school gives me and my co Pt.’s a best and memorable experiences as they
welcome us in the school, supporting us everything we do and by treating us a real family.

Being a practice teacher, it is one of the most remarkable and beautiful experience I have
done in my life. And it is my pleasure to thanks our dearest cooperating teachers for the
knowledge they have share for everybody.

Professional Reading
What is the Importance of Teaching Aids Learnings?

(Article)

To make learning very effective it is not only necessary to utilize the factors and
techniques that facilitate learning, the teacher is to create certain conditions in the classroom that
may improve learning. These conditions are providing teaching aids, creating rivalry and co-
operation, giving the knowledge of progress and success, praising or reprimanding and guiding
learning. Visual aids make learning concrete and meaningful. You may describe the physical
features of the Indo-Gangetic plain, but motion pictures, filmstrips, maps, charts, diagrams,
pictures, would make your verbal description concrete.

An additional meaning is attached to verbal instruction when teaching aids are used.
These are simply supplementary devices and not the sup planters of what the teacher can do.

- Teaching aids define as techniques in learning it is effective or not, it also provides concrete
ideas to successfully understand what the learner’s wants to know and understand. Those
materials use by the teacher inside the school or classroom help the students to successfully
understand the flow of their subject matter or lessons during classes.

Reaction/Reflection

Based on the article above it was clearly stated that every learner's contains a different
learning styles. For example, there are some students who easily learned through visuals, there
are also students who easily learned through learning materials and many more. However, the
students need to do their parts in learning through teaching aids.

interactions geared towards the attainment of high standards of learning. At this point, the
student teacher shall support the needs of the learner inside the school campus in order to ensure
that the learner’s is successfully understand the significance of entering school.

Domain 3- Diversity of Learners

This Domain emphasize the significance of teachers’ knowledge and understanding that
diverse characteristics and experiences as inputs to the planning and design of learning

activities that are relevant to learners and based on the principles of effective teaching and
learning. It expects teachers to apply their professional knowledge to plan and design,
individually or in collaboration with colleagues, well-structured and sequenced lessons. These
lesson sequences and associated learning programs should be contextually relevant, responsive to

 Lack of ICT resources

 Late distribution of modules

SOLUTIONS

 Ask assistance for cooperating teacher and search in the internet for additional
information

 Ask assistance from my Co- PT’S.

 Make advance printing

SUGGESTIONS AND RECCOMENDATIONS

A. The government must allocate enough budgets for the facilities of the school and their
school supply .
B. The parents must encourage their children to study hard.
C. The parents observe their children’s performance.

Teaching Philosophy as a Beginning

Teaching is an important profession which is essential for the guidance, progress and
development of learners. It is the interactive between teacher and the learners. Teaching also is
one of the most aspects of profession.

In my experience, effective teaching is the one who help motivate the learners to study
hard, learned in a friendly environment that he/she feel relax and comfortable. Teaching is not an
easy profession, you need to be more diligent, confidence and patience.

I believe a good teacher knows and understands students, how they develop and learn. I
know that students actively construct and transform their own knowledge based on my
experiences and prior learning. I know that students do not all learn in the same way or at the
same rate. I believe it is my responsibility as a future teacher to be an effective diagnostician of
students interests, abilities, and prior knowledge. I must then plan learning experiences that will
both challenge and allow every student to think and grow.
