There are various embroidery stitches which you can choose from when you do
embroidery work. Below is the illustration of some of the embroidery stitches.

Island Garden City of Samal is fond of making embroidered products with the
help of her mother’s tools and materials.
However, she has struggled to start embroidering her fabric because the needle
cannot easily move in and out of the fabric. She uses a needle which is rusty,
bent and without a point even though she uses it in an exact position. In this
situation, demonstrate the proper use and maintenance of tools and materials
in embroidery in order to solve the problem of Miss Lea.
Ask the following questions:
1. Why do you think Miss Lea fails to embroider the fabric?
2. If you were Miss Lea, what will you do to embroider fabric using a needle?
3. How can you relate our lesson into our daily living?
