1) In response to the changes and challenges in the educational landscapes amid

Covid-19 pandemic, the Grade 12 Department shall conduct the “Virtual Meeting/
LAC Session of Grade 12 Department on the Updates and Trends of Work
Immersion to the Graduating Senior High School Students” on March 27, 2021 at
6:30 in the evening via Google Meet.

2) Participants to this meeting are the Grade 12 Advisers, Senior High School Focal
Person and Senior High School Focal Partnership. The virtual flatform link shall
be provided an hour before the conference starts.

3) All participants may charge their internet expenses to local funds, subject to the
usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

4) Immediate dissemination and compliance with this Memorandum is highly

desired.

Ma’am;

Greetings.

This is to offer my heartfelt regret for what occurred last Monday, September 13, 2021. I
realized I made a mistake and I apologize, ma'am.

We left around 4:15 p.m., and as I recall Ma'am Awas informing us during our meeting when
she was our OIC that we were allowed to leave early at 4:00 p.m. because of the
circumstances we were in today as travelers (only for the last day of duty). All we know is
that it still applies this time because the permissible action regarding our official log out has
not changed. Furthermore, due to the weather, we are unable to ask permission because we
are in a hurry to return home.

This will never happen again, I assure and pledge.
