SUBJECT: BACK TO SCHOOL: LET A MILLION FLOWERS BLOOM PROJECT

1. Pursuant to OUA MEMO 00-0521-0171 entitled “Back to School: Let A Million

Flowers Bloom Project,” encourages all schools located along highways to plant
flowering plants and let them bloom in time for the opening of classes for SY 2021-
2022. Each school through the leadership of the Youth for Environment in Schools-
Organization (YES-O) Teacher-Advisers and/or School Inside a Garden Coordinator
(SIGA) and supervision of the school heads shall conduct the activities needed to
document the whole duration of the project and submit the accomplishment report
through the www.blssyfd.weebly.com/forms on or before September 12, 2021.
