GRADUATION/COMPLETION MEETING
(A Narrative Report)

Weeks before the ending of school year 2021-2022 rites, comprehensive

preparations have been made to organize and produce a smooth sailing program with
solemnity and delights, the Graduation and Completion Program. To start with it all,
parents’ orientation have been commenced to resolve trivial matters regarding the
upcoming program.

At 8:30, the meeting has started that was presided by the Prefect of Student
Affairs of Tinagaan IS, Ma’am Regine Z. Letchejan. Topics such as the attire (e.g., toga),
the payment for the pictorial and such, the recollection and baccalaureate, the
procedure and flow of the program, the graduation project, snacks, and the rest have
been given weighted importance which were necessarily prerequisites of the the
succession of the program.
Other matters were discussed such as below.
Schedule of Pictorial: Monday (June 13, 2022)
💚 Grade 6 (8am):
*Uniform, Toga, Toga with parents/guardian
💚 Kinder (10am):
*Uniform, Toga, Toga with parents/guardian
💚 Grade 10 (1pm)
* Uniform with whiteboard showing their ambition
* Barong
* Barong with parents/guardian
💚 Faculty (3pm)
*Thursday Uniform
* official outfit gikan shopee

2️⃣Advisers will wear MONDAY UNIFORM for CLASS PICTORIAL

*Kinder, Grade 6 and 10 will have it on Monday after the individual pictorials of
their students.
* Grade 1-5, Grade 7-9, Athletes (c/o Sir Nilo), and SSG (c/o Ma'am Regine) will
have it on Tuesday (June 14, 2022). STILL wear your MONDAY UNIFORM.
