In preparation for the forthcoming School Year 2017-2018, the Department of

Education is conducting its annual National Schools’ Maintenance Week on May 15 –
20, 2017, per Deped Memorandum No. 43, s. 2017, with the theme “Isang DepEd, Isang
Pamayanan, Isang Bayanihan Para sa Handa at Ligtas na Paaralan.” The program
aims to bring together all education stakeholders to participate and contribute their
time, effort and resources to prepare public school facilities ready for the opening of
the School Year in June. Thus, it encourage the community to clean the school
premises and do minor repairs on classrooms, furniture’s and other facilities to make
the school disaster-prepared, ecologically conscious, clean and conducive to
learning.

Aware of your keen interest in helping improve our school, we invite you to be
part of this year’s Brigada Eskwela. You can help by volunteering and do
maintenance services in our school or you may also donate cleaning materials and
other supplies that can be used in repairing and beautifying our school.

Should you be interested to participate, kindly accomplish the attached

statement of interest form and submit it to our school before May 15, 2017 so we can
register you in the initiative.
