Greetings of peace and Goodwill!!!

Please accept this letter as my formal notice of resignation from my position as

teacher 1 of Fe Del Mundo National High School, effective October 28, 2021.

After significant thought and consideration, I am resigning from my position because

of family reason. I believe this change will benefit my family and my long-term career and
objectives in life. It has been a wonderful experience and a great pleasure to work with all
the teaching and non-teaching personnel of Fe Del Mundo National High. I am very grateful
for the professional growth and personal development the Department of Education has
provided me for almost seven years. I’ve had to grow and learn as an individual. I will
treasure it for the rest of my life.

Once again, thank you so much for the opportunity. God bless us all.
