The first Homeroom PTA Meeting for S.Y.: 2021-2022 was held on January 10, 2022 at Grade 10-
Courteous Classroom. There were 20 parents who attended the meeting. It started at 8:00 o’clock in the
morning.
The first part of the meeting was formally started with a prayer led by Mrs. Janet P. Bedro. The
teacher/adviser then delivered the welcome address.
At 8:00 in the morning , the meeting proper commenced. The first agendum of the meeting was
orientation of distance modular learning.
Modular Distance Learning is the use of Modules made by teachers with different tasks and
learning activities based from the essential learning competencies.
There will be Set A and Set B, each set has four subjects. The time duration for the learners to answer
each set is four weeks. They will be given summative tests in all subjects as well every end of grading period.
Schedules of distribution and retrieval will be announce in our group chat.
The issues encountered a towards modular distance learning approach were answered.
It was agreed that the parents would follow up on their children’s modular learning-written works and
performance tasks.
Grading System was also discussed.

For Election of HRPTA Officers S.Y.:2021-2022, the result are as follows:

For HRPTA Project, Mrs. Janet P. Bedro moved that the HRPTA Officials and members will pay the
HRPTA project fee of P100.00 per parent in order to raise funds for the materials and labor expenses for the
construction of window grills.
Mrs. Elverita M. Zapico seconded the motions of Mrs. Janet P. Bedro and it has been approved that it
will be collected by the Teacher/Adviser and deadline will be on June 10, 2022.

As all other pertinent concerns were dealt with for the time being, the meeting was adjourned at
exactly 10:30 in the morning.
