ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT ON MALUNGGAY PLANTING

I. INTRODUCTION
Malunggay Planting is one of community outreach program
of Gilotongan Elementary School Teachers (Kindergarten
Teachers).This Malunggay Planting is considered as noble project
to the community of this Gilotongan in the since that, this
Malunggay Plants can contribute many health benefits to people.
One of the benefit that people can possibly get is antioxidants that
can help lower blood pressure and to maintain the moderate blood
sugar levels. This plants also gives vitamins and minerals needed
of the body.
Gilotongan Elementary School, in all of its collaborative
efforts of teachers and staff, did the Malunggay Planting Program
to the community of the said barangay in one half-day.

I. BODY OF THE REPORT


A. Pre-Implementation Phase
1. A school conference was called by the school head for the
dissemination and orientation of teachers on the program
Malunggay Planting beforehand,
2. Every teacher has been group according to their grade
level and assigned to corresponding Purok No. of the
barangay(kinder Purok #1)
3. The source of Malunggay branch to be planted must be
provided by various parents who have an available
branches of this kind of Plant.

B. Implementation Phase
1. The program agreed to be done on May 6, 2021, morning
at Gilotongan Purok 1.

2. The manner of planting of this Malunggay Plant must be


1 meter apart from one another.
3. In Barangay Gilotongan, Purok #1 the Kindergarten
Teachers together with the people of the community
overall planted 45 branches of Malunggay.

C. Post Implementation Phase


1. The teachers and the people of the community agreed
that, the in charge of watering the plants was the owner
of the house where the plants were being planted.
2. Teachers and the community agreed also, that this plants
must be free to all and whoever needs it.
II. Finding/Observation
1. Parents have followed the agreed agreement on watering
the plants regularly.
2. Malunggay Planting in Purok 1 of Gilotongan, founded
successful because as of today, people already benefited
the leaves of the said Plants.
