Dear Parents, Greetings!

“Education is not preparation for life; education is life itself.”

The highest education is that which does not merely give us information but provides us with a key to
unlock the doors of our talent and skills. At AMBER we remain committed to providing activity based
integrated learning environment to our students and prepare them to keep pace with the changing
times.

Please note the following with regard to the new academic session 2021-22:

1) School Timings:

Pre – Primary – Morning batch - 11:15 a.m. to 12:35 p.m. Afternoon Batch–03:00 p.m. to 04:05p.m.
Primary – 08:00 a.m. to 11:55 a.m. Reinforcement session – 12:30p.m. to 01:50p.m.
Secondary – 08:00 a.m. to 11:55 a.m. Reinforcement session– 12:30p.m. to 01:50p.m.
Sr. Secondary – 09:00 a.m- 02:00 p.m. (tentatively)

Ø Pre – Primary to Grade II – All Saturdays will be a Holiday.

Ø Grade XI and XII - All Saturdays will be a Holiday.
Ø Grade III to X – 2nd and 4th Saturday will be a Holiday.
Ø Grade III to X – 1st and 3rd Saturday will be working.
Ø Grade III to X – If any 5th Saturday then it will be Activity Based Learning Classes.

2) Attendance:

Application for leave of absence for up to three days has to be sent to teachers through mail.
For leave of more than three days, permission from the Principal is mandatory. Absence from
school of four or more days without prior permission will result in the student’s name
being struck off the school rolls.
In case of prolonged or infectious illness, the student will have to mail a Fitness
Certificate to the grade teacher on the day she/ he joins back.
 3) Instruction to follow during online classes:

Ø It is mandatory for students to keep their video on throughout the session.

Ø Students need to attend the assembly Otherwise attendance will be marked as absent.
Ø Daily five sessions will be conducted which is mandatory for all students.
Ø After the regular sessions two Reinforcement sessions will be conducted for the selected
students who will be personally informed by their subject teachers.

4) All the curricular and co- curricular activities are taken by the subject professionals.

5) I PTM will be held on 19th June 2021, details for the same will be shared soon.
