Called La Quinta to get room numbers and confirm arrival for guys coming from Coil
Tubing. (12:51p) I spoke to Veronica. Called back and guys still haven’t checked in.

Called MCM Elegante to make sure room was closed out. The folio was sent out to
Volsha and Tonisha. Melissa was the one I spoke too.

Called Microtel in Pecos, to see if the men were able to check in and check out
same day being today and stay till March 3rd Logan Vasquez/Isaac Becerra and
Mayowa Ojo/Raymond Moreno where the guys that where in rooms 424 and 206.
Confirmation on this was noted in tracker and also updated this new info there,
guys are good to go until check out date. Spoke to Martina.

Called Garden Inn and spoke to Anna, she was able to get me the 5 doubles as
requested by Vickie, she did tell me to wait a few minutes because she couldn’t find
us on file. She had asked me to wait 15 min so the other front desk agent could
come. When she called back Henry got the call and helped me take care of this.
Rooms are good to go.

Called Econolodge to see if guys checked in, in Carlsbad Nm for Select, they didn’t,
need to call back and see when they do to receive room numbers.

Called Suburban in Midland for Select because Vickie stated that there was a
problem with them getting in, everything was fine that had just gotten there, I
received room numbers and confirmation numbers as well. Spoke to Ashely, There
check in date was today the 17th and will be checking out March 3rd.

Called Angie at Super 8 South to get room numbers and confirmation numbers to
update the tracker.

Finished following up with follow ups on the board and rewrote what was needed as
well as the 2 new reservations that where made today are now on the board.

Vickie had a request to make some changed in the Big Lake Inn and Suites. I went
ahead and added Ben George in room 207 because that room had an open bed.

Vickie had another request to go ahead and have me take out David Maudsley and
replace him with Bryan Zapata.

Vickie had a request to have 7 doubles starting Sunday tomorrow, and rooms
starting Sunday also until Thursday. I could not find any for this request.
