● Online / Physical Supp exam will be conducted from 7 – 11 June 2022.
a. Online sup exam - Students will be invited to join Google Classroom two (2) days 7 – 11 June 22
before exam date.
b. Physical Supp Exam only for 3rd and 4th year Law Student and required to print the
exam slip from Camsys.

COMPLETION / GRADUATION
● Online Application for Graduation is open for Bachelor’s students in the final trimester to
apply.
● Foundation & Diploma students will be auto apply together with Foundation/Diploma to
Degree processing.

ACTIVE BUT NOT REGISTER SUBJECT (ABNR)

Should you be in this category, please take the necessary action as per stated below:
a) Should you be unable to register a subject due to financial problem, medical problem,
academic problem etc. - kindly consult the Counselor at STAD Office. Later you may be
required to apply for Leave of Absence. The last date for manual application for Leave of
Absence for this trimester is on 1 July 2022.
b) Should you be not interested to continue your studies at MMU, you may apply for withdrawal
of studies. The withdrawal form can be obtained from the Student Service Center (SSC).

3. Academic Calendar 2022/2023 (AC1.0) will commence on 26 Sept 2022 (Term 2210).

Please take note of the following:

a) Inactive Students (Terminated due to academic performance)
You will not be able to log in into CaMSys after one (1) month from the date of change status to Terminated. If
you are not barred by Finance, you may refer to ERU for your result.

b) Appeal After the Due Date and Appeal After Supplementary Exam
For students who appeal after the due date and appeal after supplementary exam, if it is granted, the effective
date of the reinstatement will be in the following trimester (Trimester 1, 2022/2023). The current trimester
(Trimester 3, 2021/2022) will be considered as Leave of Absence (LOA).

c) Completion of Studies.
Foundation and Diploma students who in Final trimester (Trimester 3, 2021/2022) will be auto processed by
system and for Bachelor’s students need to apply by yourself and online application will be open starting week
4 (27 June 2022).

d) Application process for Foundation / Diploma Student to further study at Bachelor level.
An application will be auto processed by system and students will receive an email requested to choose the
programme to pursue the study at bachelor level.
Should the student not complete this stage, the Faculty's Manager will choose the programme on behalf of the
student.
