Course Description: A study of the real number system and its subsystems, ancient and modern numeration systems, problem-solving and simple number
theory. Includes teaching materials and discussion of today’s professional organizations. This is a content course, not a methods course.
Instructional Theme: A transformed and empowered graduate equipped with life skills and functional literacy capable of progressing towards self-
development under the frame work of Christian leadership, sense of responsibility, and enduring commitment to serve God and
country.
