IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS ON BIO122 FINAL ONLINE TEST

Preparation Before Test Day

1. Final Online Test is responsible for your continuous assessment mark

which carries 30%. Therefore, all the students kindly take note about
this. Please inform early to get permission and ask for help in case if
you are unable to attend the Final Online Test due to strong valid
reason (eg. death, or hospitalized or under quarantine due to Covid-19
or got appointment for Covid-19 Vaccination).

2. Other excuses such as doing house chores or private-family related

reasons are not allowed. Hence, kindly inform to your family
members/spouse/parents that you are going to sit for your Final Online
Test for 2 hours and need privacy concern over online test.

3. Before the test, please make sure that you have a secure, stable and
good internet connection. So that, there is no problem when doing the
Final Online Test and submission of answers of the test.

4. Furthermore, it is advisable and also recommended to use a

laptop/desktop/tablet since it is more convenient to do and answer the
test questions. Even though, the last option is smartphone if you are still
unable to access to the above-mentioned device.

5. Please don’t make any attempt of cheating in any way during test such
as searching answers in Google or WhatsApp your friends or
copy/transmit the answers. Severe action will be taken if found any
academic dishonesty since all of the students previously submitted the
UiTM’s Academic Integrity form and promised that everyone will
undertake all the Online Tests (Ongoing Online Test and Final Online
Test) by abiding the University rules and regulations that govern
assessments, undertake unassisted by any person in any manner and
free from any form of cheating, agree not to copy, print or transmit the
test in any form.

6. Please be informed that there is no extra time provided for any late
comers or if provide silly excuses such as overslept, poor internet
connection and etc. THEREFORE, THIS NOTICE PROVIDED EARLY
TO ENSURE ALL OF THE STUDENTS WELL-PREPARED BEFORE
THE TEST TO AVOID THE UNNECESSARY PROBLEMS DURING
THE TEST.

During Test Day

1. Details of the Final Online Test:

Date : 24/7/2021 (Saturday)
Time : 9.00AM- 11.00AM (2 Hour)
Type of the Questions : MCQ (Objective) & Structure Questions
Platform : Google Form (Link will be provided
before the test)
Attempt : 1 Attempt ONLY

The Final Online Test will be started exactly at 9.00AM and will end at
11.00AM. Therefore, all the students are advised to present as early as
15 minutes, 8.45 AM before the test started.

2. Please wait until the test can be accessible exactly at 9.00AM. Once
the test is open, read carefully all the instructions given in the Test
(Google Form) and can start to answer the test questions.

3. Fill all the required details/information of candidates in the test including

your Full name, Student Id, Class Name (e.g.: A4AS1201A,
A4AS1201B,…. etc.) Email address, Phone number and etc. Kindly
check all these details before submit your answers.

4. Please recheck every answer after completed before submission.

5. Please contact your class lecturer immediately if in case you have

problem such as the internet disconnected and unable to submit the
answers after completed. Therefore, you are advised to ensure your
internet connection is stable and good before and all along the test.

6. There is no timer display on the google form. Therefore, please check

your time while doing the test because it will automatically close when
times up and you can’t submit your answers. Kindly take note about
this.

7. You can click Submit button at bottom of the google form to submit your
answers if you completed the test early and satisfied with all the
answers. However, you are not allowed to leave the browser if not
submitted the answers.
