have any question regarding these instructions, you can ask the course teacher before
the exam.

connection during the exam. It is strongly advised to keep at least two connections
(for example, Wi-Fi and mobile data from reliable operator) available during the
exam. No excuse regarding connection issue will be entertained.

2. It is preferable to write on only one side of a page. So, collect sufficient number
of white A4 size papers.

This is COMPULSORY. Any page without page number or student ID will not
be marked.

user name should have the format: your complete student id_your name.

6. From the very beginning, you must keep your VIDEO ON and MIC
UNMUTED. You may reduce the volume of your device so that unwanted noise
from other users may not disturb you. But KEEP the VOLUME to such a LEVEL
that whenever your invigilator gives any instruction, you can HEAR that.

7. Your invigilator will ask you to SET-UP your VIDEO CAMERA for a fair view
as per the instructions. Follow the INSTRUCTIONS of your INVIGILATOR. The
whole session will be RECORDED.

8. Log-in to Google Classroom. Wait for the questions to be assigned. Questions

will be assigned one by one as per the schedule given below. The first question will
be assigned at 2:39 PM. The exam time COUNTDOWN will START from 2:40

invigilator will inform your course teacher. DO NOT CALL THE COURSE
TEACHER DIRECTLY.

in Google Classroom, the answer may be emailed to eee.s_ali@iut-dhaka.edu within

discouraged and should be used as a last resort as there will be a penalty associated
with this method of submission. 5 (five) marks will be deducted for each minute of
