INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES APPEARNING IN ONLINE EXAM

General Guidelines

Kindly follow the Instructions mentioned below carefully. You will be required to follow
the requirements strictly otherwise you will not be able to give the exam. Please note
that you cannot appear in exam from Mobile Phone

1. Computer / Laptop (Minimum Dual Core CPU with 1 GB RAM, 250 GB HDD)
with Microphone, Speaker, Web Cam and internet speed of minimum 1mbps.
2. You should have latest Operating System & Browser.
3. Separate Cabin / Room with sufficient light.
4. You will receive an email on your registered email-id with a link to start the
exam.
5. You must carry a government issued valid photo ID card like Adhaar Card/
PAN Card / Voter ID Card / Driving License / Passport.
6. Before starting the exam, please close all other browsers, chat windows,
screen-saver etc.
7. Do not press the ‘F5’ key during the entire exam.
8. After the exam has started, toggling between the windows is not allowed for any
reason. Switching windows for any reason will terminate your exam.
9. During the exam following should not be done:-
- You are not allowed to talk during the exam with anyone.
- You are not allowed to leave seat during the exam.
- You are not allowed to cover face, wear any cap/mask/Goggles etc.
- You are not allowed not allow any person to come in the room where
exam is held.
- You are not allowed to use mobile phones, calculators or other devices
during the exam.
- You will not be provided with any breaks during the exam.
10. Please note that both you and your computer screen are being monitored and
all activities off and on screen are being recorded. Any suspicious activity shall
have adverse impact on your result.
THEORY
1. The Duration for theory exam is of 2 hours.
2. The questions are both in English and Hindi/other language as opted by the
candidates at the time of registration.
3. You have to chose any one option out of given 4 options as an answer.
4. There is no negative marking.
5. You may check answers attempted before final submission.
6. Test once submitted cannot be edited.
7. During the power failure/ internet failure the question will stop were the
applicants attempted last question, incase the power/ internet issue does not
resolve during the exam duration, the question attempted will be considered as
final and marks will be allotted accordingly. In no condition extra time will be
provided nor request for such be entertained.
8. Copying or noting question and its option are strictly prohibited.

PR ACTICAL EXAM

1. Yoga Mat be placed 5 feet from the Laptop / Computer in Horizontal position
2. You will be assessed by team of 3 Examiner, comprising of Lead Examiner and 2
Co- Examiners. The Lead Examiner will ask the question.
3. Field Experience carry 10 marks in Practical exam. Kindly keep record/ certificates
with you like conducting Workshops, Sessions, Orientation Speaker, Practice
Session etc. related to subject matter in which you had experience. Marks will be
awarded accordingly.

10 mins prior for your chance.
