(2FA), access the URL:

Authenticate using: login@embraer.tech

ATTENTION
1. The software only works on Windows 10.

2. Only 1 device per user is allowed for RSA use. If the user
has set up the phone and wants to use the computer, the
registration made on the cell phone must be deleted.

Go to the normal myTechCare


Portal login page and enter your
account credentials.
Remember to use correct URL:

In the Access Manager window, enter
your normal account Login in the
“Username” block and enter your
normal account password in the
“Token” block.
You should receive an
authentication message on your
mobile device or desktop to
confirm your login.
Select the Green Check Mark to
confirm.
ATTENTION
With the implementation of two factor
authentication, it will be not possible users
share the same login.

you must choose the business
type and the market segment
of your company, then
click on “Next”

your personal data then submit.
The company name must be exactly as
registered on myTechCare. (You may
consult your company administrator

On the Available Services tab, you may provide to your company administrator a
brief description of the services you want to access on myTechCare.

After filling the form click on Submit, then an email will be sent to your company administrator
informing that he/she has a new request to approve. When your company administrator approves
it, you will receive an email containing your credentials for access the myTechCare Portal
