How to Enroll Phone for 2FA for Citrix Access

Process)
1. Please install Citrix SSO from Google or Apple app store on your phone.

2. Please connect to VPN by going to https://connect.asianpaints.com

3. Select Web Application Access as shown below.

4. Please enter your credential as below

Username – P00Empcode
Password – your password
5. Once you login, click on the link to download and install the “Access Client” VPN
software

6. Once installed, go to the Browse tab and click on Citrix_OTP

7. Please click on “Open Access Client” on pop-up

8. If you see this pop-up, click on Accept

9. Login with your username and password.

10. Click on “Add Device”

11. Enter Any Name for Device and click “Go”

12. It will show below QR code which need to be scanned on your Authenticator app
13. To scan QR code, open Citrix SSO app -> Token and Tap on “+” to add an account. Tap on Scan
QR Code as shown below.
14. Scan QR code which appeared in Step 5. Once it is scan successfully Click Done on computer to
complete enrollment process.

15. Once it is completed, it will show device successfully register on Computer. Click on “Test” to
verify.
16. Please enter six digit OTP generated in Citrix SSO app on your enrolled phone and Click “Go”. It
should successfully verify OTP

17. Once Device is enrolled, you can put token generated in device in passcode field in Citrix Login
Page.
