Installation / Configuration NIC Client Based VPN

NOTE :- Configure VPN only on the computer on which you want to access
permanently because that computer will be registered and you cannot be able to
access on another computer.

1. In address bar of the browser please enter https://saccess.nic.in

2. Click on link “ Click here to download HySecure Client”

3. Now click on Save File for save the VPNClientSetup.exe

4. Now Right Click on this below icon and select run as administrator.
5. Now click on Yes for allow this app to make changes to your device.

6. Now click on Install .

7. Click on Finish .

8 Now double click on Accops Hysecure Client Icon

9 For Secure access of your application through HySecure vpn client software write
saccess.nic.in in Hysecure Server field and Login using registered email address as
username. The password for government emails like @mea.gov.in, @gov.in &
@nic.in is the same as the email password. The password for all other email addresses
is provided by NIC.

10 There is three ways for getting OTP :- Mobile OTP or Email OTP or SMS OTP .
i. Mobile OTP or Token :-

After selecting this option you will get Token on your ACCOPS HyID
application installed on your mobile.

Note:- For this follow Mobile Token Registration Process that is mention
below on next page.
 Mobile OTP or Token Registration Process

1. In address bar of the browser please enter https://saccess.nic.in

2. Login using registered email address as username. The password for government
emails like @mea.gov.in, @gov.in & @nic.in is the same as the email password. The
password for all other email addresses is provided by NIC.

3. At the next screen click on Reactivate Mobile Token under the Sign-in button. It is a
one-time process registration process.
4. Now select Email OTP or SMS OTP for getting OTP for Mobile Token registration.

5. Enter the OTP received on your email or SMS and press Next.

6. The mobile token works on Android and Apple smart phones. So install Accops
HyID app from respective play stores. Open Accops HyID app on your mobile and
click on plus (+) sign to add an account. Next scan the 2D bar-code displayed on the
WebVPN portal from the app and click Next.
7. Enter the 6-digit Mobile Token visible in the Accops HyID app. This token changes
every 30 seconds. Now click Verify button.

8. One-time Mobile Token registration process is complete. This mobile token can be
used as the 2nd factor of authentication in Client based VPN along with Email/SMS
OTP. No Internet or mobile signal is required to use this token for authentication.
ii. Email OTP or Token :-

Select Token Type as EMAIL Token then click on Get OTP now you will get
OTP on your registered Email ID and enter here then click on verify.

iii. SMS OTP or Token :-

Select Token Type as SMS Token then click on Get OTP now you will get
OTP on your registered Mobile Number and enter here then click on verify.
 Secure login Process Using Accops Hysecure Client

1 Now double click on Accops Hysecure Client Icon

3 Now select Email OTP or SMS OTP or Mobile Token registration then click Get OTP
and enter OTP received.
4 If you select Mobile Token then enter mobile token from Accops HyID app on your
mobile and click Verify button.

5 List of application that the user is authorised to access is displayed on successful

login. Double Click on the application icon to access the application securely.

7 Logout from HySecure Application after access of PFMS through it >>
