What is Virtual PBX (Private Branch Exchange)

• No hardware / software required at client’s 
premises
• Companies no longer need to invest in physical 
phone systems as everything is maintained remotely 
by a third‐party communications company.
• A separate Zong number for company will be 
managed by Zong – One number for Company 
• In office hours calls will be connected to officials 
and in off hours caller can record their sales 
inquiries in voice mails or these calls can be diverted 
on given sales staff mobile numbers.
• The dramatically lower cost of a virtual PBX system 
enables smaller businesses and “off‐site” 
freelancers/contractors to adopt the advanced

• VPBX users will be making outgoing calls with 77 prefix. e.g. to 
make call at 03454226006 VPBX user will dial 7703454226006.
• Incoming calls on VPBX will be answered on mobile phones.
