However, if the student opts to use one device, they shall be allowed as long as they will fix their camera
at an angle in such a manner that they, together with a full view of their desks and surrounding areas, are
seen at all times.

5.They shall prepare the necessary arrangements to ensure that there shall be no disturbances during this
period. The audio will remain unmuted during the exam period.

should be faced down and allowed to be used only in case of disconnection to contact the
beadles/Professor.
7. Eating during the exam is allowed.

8. Strictly no cheating. The desk and surroundings of the students shall be free of any items such as
notes, books, or codals EXCEPT for the devices which will be used for the exam.

If not used for the exam, smartphones will be allowed on the desk as long as it is faced down and to be
used only for communicating to the beadles/Professor in case the student gets disconnected.

They will not be allowed to leave their places during the exam period for whatever reason. Nor will they
be allowed to look in any direction other than the devices allowed for the exam.

9.In case the student gets disconnected, the student can re-join the video conference as long as it is within
the reasonable number of times and period (i.e. disconnected 2-3 times but re-joined each time within a
