We are glad to inform you that your First Quarterly Examination is scheduled on
OCTOBER 18-20, 2023 @ 3:00pm – 5:00 pm Philippine Standard Time. It is the desire
of the school to make sure that the examination procedure is reliable to ensure your
academic excellence. In this regard, please take note of the following significant
information to guide you on your examination rooms:

You will use 2 devices:

1. Laptop, where you will share screen as you answer;
2. Smartphone, where your back is seen, and your laptop screen is most visible.

• Smartphone - GOOGLE MEET - (school account)

Please prepare the necessary materials needed for the examination to avoid
interruption.
Here are some reminders:
• UNIFORM during the examination shall be the White SLA uniform (if none
yet, you may use plain white shirt).
• No examinee shall leave their examination area until the exam is over.
• Take necessary bio-break before the examination starts.
• Examinees may bring snacks and drinks during the examination but not on
their tables as it may spill and create mess. And examinees can only take a
break once the examiner says so.
• Present the EXAM PERMIT before examination starts. If an examinee
doesn’t have a permit, he/she is not allowed to take the exam. Secure
permits beforehand.
• Ten minutes before the examination time, the links shall be accessible to
make sure all needed materials and gadgets function to their fullest. First,
log in to ZOOM, then, to GOOGLE MEET. But will only start the examination
at the specified time.
• During the exam, examinees will only open SCHOOL GMAIL account,
nothing else, as the exam links will be sent through emails and
screensharing will be observed.
