Please follow these directions stepwise to complete your entrance exam.

This document has 20 pages, with necessary

instructions for the completion of the entrance exam.
Candidates are advised to use a laptop/desktop and google chrome web browser as far as possible.
1. Please wait for another email which will give you access to your new college email (of the format applicant_***@sxc.edu.np)
and password.
2. Please set up the college email by completing Steps 1 to 7 on 18th June 2021, as soon as you get the college email and
password.
3. Please enter the entrance classroom by completing Steps 8 to 12 on 18th June 2021, after you receive an invitation to join the
classroom.
Please follow further steps to take entrance exams.
1. Log in with this college email account on 19th June 2021, at 7:45 a.m. and enter the entrance classroom following the
Steps 8 to 12.
2. Enter the entrance meeting using google meet, following Steps 13 to 15.
3. Wait until the questions are available in the classroom (shown in step 12).
Your exam questions will be available at 8:00 am on 19th June 2021.
4. After the questions appear in the classroom, click on it to start writing.
Make sure you put in all information and answers carefully. You will have only one chance to do all this.
5. After completing your work, submit it.
You have 1 hour to complete the whole work.
6. Have the invigilator confirm that your work has been properly submitted.
7. Leave the meeting and log out.
After the entrance exams.
Interview list will be published on 20th June 2021 (evening), in the college website, www.sxc.edu.np . If selected, you will have to face
an interview. This interview will be conducted via a video conference in google meet using the same college email id. Your interview
timings and invitation will be sent to you through another email on 20th June 2021 (with similar set of instructions). Interviews will be
conducted on 21st June 2021. You will have to attend the video conference interview in presence of at least one of your parents or a
local guardian.
Questions asked may include:
1. Some questions relating to the subjects you have applied for admissions. These will be technical questions based on your
education up to class 10 or equivalent.
2. Some questions regarding your convictions and attitudes.
3. Some questions relating to your immediate family and economic/accommodation situations.
4. Some questions to judge your overall personality.
The interview will last for about 10 minutes. Please do your best to have a stable internet connection and proper devices ready during
the allocated time. Please test your devices beforehand to avoid any technical difficulties. We would like to remind you that our seats
are limited and we will not be able to admit all the applicants. Selection will be based on your performance during the entrance
examination and interview.
Step 1: Open your web-browser (google chrome). And in address bar, type mail.google.com .
Press Enter.
Step 2. Enter your new college email address. Click on Next.
Step 3: Enter the password given to you. Click Next.
Step 4. Click on Accept.
Step 5: Create new password.
Step 6: Click on confirm
Step 7: Your email will open.
Step 8: Wait until an invitation arrives. When you get the invitation, open the invitation email.
Step 9: In the email, click on Join, to enter the classroom.
Step 10: Click on continue to enter the classroom.
Step 11: Choose I’m a student.
Step 12: A new tab will open. Now, you are in the main examination.
Please wait until a question appears. Your entrance essay questions will appear only at 8:00 am.
When your question is available, click on it. This will lead to a new tab.
Step 13: Before starting to answer your question, you need to enter google meet. Go to home page of the classroom. Click on name of
classroom (Test_... etc) where the red arrow is.
This will take you to home page. Click on meet link.
Step 14: A new tab will open. Click join now.
Step 15: Your meeting window will appear. Please have your camera always on and mute yourself.
In case you have some problem, use chat. For this, click on the chat icon.
