    Guidelines for Students to Attempt PeriodicTest-II

    Time:
    For Class IX AND X - 8:50 a m to 10:00 a.m. (1Hr) (20 marks)
    For Class XI AND XII - 8:50 a m to 10:00 a.m. (1 Hr) (25 marks)

    Dear Students,

    Kindly note you have to attempt your PT 2 exam from 6TH September 2021 through Microsoft Forms.
    For the same you have to take care of the following points:

    1. Click on the link of MS teams meeting sent to you by your invigilator.


    2. Join with your Microsoft ID only, do not join as a guest and even do not join any of your friend as a
    guest through some other ID. If found doing so the paper for both the students will remain cancelled.
    3. In the meeting you will be instructed for the exam by your invigilator.
    4.The Question Paper will be shared in the channel by the invigilator, you can open the same to
    attempt the exam.
    5.You will need your Microsoft ID and password to join the link for the meeting. So, keep it handy with
    you to avoid any last-minute rush. Open the link and make sure you follow all the instructions carefully.
    6. The test is for a specific time period and you need to finish it within the given time or else it will be
    considered INVALID. Once submitted it will not be edited so submit it once you are completely sure.
    7. Attempt your exam by all fair means either through your phone or your laptop however a laptop is a
    better option.
    8.If any student is found that he or she has used any unfair means or ways to attempt the exam, the
    paper will be cancelled and zero marks will be allotted moreover a strict action will be taken against
    that student.
    9. Your invigilator will be with you all the time so in case of any technical issue quickly contact your
    invigilator through chat box or through phone.
