Dear Parents,

Half Yearly Examination are being scheduled from 11.9.2023. As you know Exams are
an integral part of curriculum, a tool for assessment and evaluation of Students Learning
and recognition of their achievements.

Examination is a source of improvement in individual knowledge and provide an

opportunity to the learner for a regular feedback, and subsequent opportunity for
enhancement. Kindly ensure that your ward strives hard, for a good result for the
Half Yearly Examination.

General Instructions-
- Attendance on examination days is mandatory.
- Each paper is conducted in two sections of written exam and Internal Assessments /
Practical.
- It is essential for students to secure a minimum of 33% in both the sections
separately.
- During examination students do not have to wear sports uniform.
- Students must not carry any electronic gadgets like digital watches mobile phone etc.

- For Class VII & VIII G.K. will be held on 31.8.2023 and Moral Education on 4.9.2023
on regular working day.
- School Timings during Exam Days will be from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and the school
buses will leave at 11:40 a.m.
- Regular Teaching (from 8:00 a.m. to 2:10 p.m.) for classes VII to XII will commence
from 25.9.2023.
- The PTM for result of Half Yearly Examination Classes VII to XII will be held on
7.10.2023 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
