First Term End Examination Guidelines - Grade 9 – 12 - 2020-2021

Dear Parent,
Hope you and your family are healthy and safe.
Please find the examination guidelines based on the learning model chosen by your ward.

Distance Learning Model – 2 ( 100% Online )

1. The examination will be conducted on the MICROSOFT TEAMS platform. login with the TEAMS id.

2. Class Teacher will upload the question paper on TEAMS ASSIGNMENT in class teacher group during the
examination days. Download the question paper from the TEAMS and be online.

3. While you are online on TEAMS the following rules must be maintained-
- Camera and mike should be on throughout the examination. There should be proper lighting in the room.
- There should not be any disturbances in the background.
- You should sit in a calm and quite area of the house.

4. On 30/08/2020 at 10:00 am the Class Teachers will be having meeting with you on TEAMS to check the readiness
of the examination.

5. Immediately after the examination, answer papers of subjects conducted during the week should be SEALED in an
envelope and dropped in to the school on Thursday or Friday, any time between 7:00 am to 5:00 pm for the
corrections. There will be 4 boxes kept with the school security guard labelled as Grade 9, Grade 10, Grade 11 and
Grade 12.

6. Kindly note as soon as the exam is over students are supposed to click a picture of the answer papers and Whatsapp
to the subject teacher within 10 minutes. This will be done in order to ensure the genuineness of the answers and the
correction will be done ONLY on the answer papers submitted to the school.

7. Please mention Name of the Student, Grade, Section, Date of Examination and Subject on top of the sealed
envelope before dropping in at school.

8. Examination Timings:

3 Hours Examination
Reading Time: 8:00 – 8:15 am
Writing Time : 8:15 – 11:15 am
2 Hours Examination
Reading Time: 9:00 – 9:15 am
Writing Time : 9:15 – 11:15 am
2 ½ Hours Examination
Reading Time: 8:30 – 8:45 am
Writing Time : 8:45 – 11:15 am

9. To maintain the uniformity among students, use of A4 size white papers is recommended.

10. On top of the answer sheet, Name of the Student, Grade, Section, Date of Examination should be mentioned. All
sheets should have a page number.

11. Results and PTM dates will be announced at a later date.
