REMOTE
LEARNING
PLAN (RLP)
REMOTE LEARNING - AN OVERVIEW
During such time of an Enforced School Closure, we are happy to inform you that our staff and students are well-
equipped to comfortably transition to a virtual classroom in order to continue their learning journey.

We have a Remote Learning Plan in place to ensure that students’ learning is not quarantined during such
unforeseen school closures.

We aim to transact effective learning and provide continuous, outstanding learning experiences to our students
through this Remote Learning Plan (RLP). The RLP will give you details on how effectively we can ensure that our
students continue their learning journey though they are unable to physically attend school.

However, the efficiency of the program depends largely on how well students manage their time and organize their
school related tasks. Parental engagement is absolutely crucial in making the most of this remote learning
experience.

At The Kindergarten Starters, we are committed to deliver high standards of education while preparing our
students to become digital citizens of the future.
Important RLP Components
During your scheduled time for the online class/ session, the respective teacher
will be available to discuss and clarify students’ doubts and concerns. The
students are expected to make sure they utilize this arrangement and connect
with their teacher either on Microsoft Teams or Phoenix Chatter. We expect
parents to make sure that you have the necessary technical support such as a
good quality mic enabled earphones for your wards.
The online sessions for the students can be asynchronous (without a live
session with the teacher) or synchronous (with a live interaction with the
teacher) depending on the topics covered and level of guidance required. All
lessons may require a limited amount of screen time followed by tasks
assigned to the students.
