INSTRUCTIONS FOR PERIODIC TEST 3 EXAMINATION (2021-22)

CLASS: X

1. The exam will be conducted on their designated class MS Teams.
2. If prompted for username and password, the student should enter his / her own Microsoft Login
ID and password.
3. The students should join the Teams meeting on the scheduled day and time, 15 minutes before the
exam time.
4. The format of the paper will be Subjective. PDF for the same will be posted in the Assignment
section as well as in‘Teams Chat’.
5. Details of the exam are as given below:

UPLOADING TIME- 10:45 A.M.-10:55 A.M.

1. Subjective Paper: It is a Pen-Paper test. The PDF of Subjective Question Paper will be posted in
the Assignment section as well as in‘Teams Chat’.
2. The students have to write the answers on the ruled sheets in a separate School Register /
notebook and upload the scanned image of answer sheets in SINGLE PDF in the designated
Assignment only. Make sure that the files uploaded are in clear portrait orientation.

3. The order of the uploaded images, the clarity of pictures and the alignment of text must be checked
thoroughly before uploading.
4. The students must mention their Full Name, Class-Section & Roll No. along with Page No. &
Ques. No. on the top of each page. This information should be clearly visible in the uploaded file.
5. Use dark ink pen for writing answers. Try to attempt the answers in sequence only to avoid any
confusion while scanning and uploading.
6. If two siblings are accessing from the same device, please ensure that the child appearing in the
exam has logged in with his/her respective LOGIN ID only.
7. You are advised to keep your devices well set for uploading images as it should have enough of
space and good uninterrupted internet connectivity to have a hassle-free conduct of Examination.
8. In case of any technical issues while uploading the PDF in Assignment section of Teams app,
you need to inform the Invigilator on time so that the designated email ID of the respective subject
teacher can be shared.
9. The students must not log out or put themselves ‘ON HOLD’ from the Teams during
examination hours.
10. Once the invigilator checks the status of submission of students’ paper and gives
confirmation, then only the student can leave the meeting.
11. Be honest while attempting the paper. Do not use any unfair means, because good character takes
you to the top and ensures success. Also, be cautious that your Login ID and password is not shared
with anyone.
12. The students are required to be in their school uniform and have to keep their videos on for the
entire exam time compulsorily.
