Exam Prep Attendance, Washroom Advisory teachers will have students deliver books to the library. The teacher makes the ultimate decision as to where a student may sit to take an examination. Students may take to their desk the following items: a. Pens, pencils, eraser, geometry set, and ruler. 5. Pencil cases are not permitted. Students may bring a clear plastic bag with supplies. 6. Other materials may be permitted only if specifically stated in the proctor instructions for a specific examination. 7. Teachers will be provided with a box to collect any prohibited devices such as mobile phones or iPads.

8:05 Exam instructions 1. Do not open the examination until I instruct you to do so. 2. Does anyone have any unauthorized materials in their possession? This includes cell phones, IPods, MP3 players, etc. This is your last opportunity to say so. Failure to comply with this rule constitutes academic malpractice. 3. Ensure that the examination in front of you is correct. Check the subject and teacher on the examination title page. 4. Do you have the required materials for the examination? Raise your hand if you require something. 5. Should you require scrap paper during the examination, raise your hand. All scrap paper will be turned in with your examination. 6. You are reminded to read all instructions carefully and answer questions as directed. You will not be given assistance regarding examination questions other than possibly typographical or other errors. 7. It is your responsibility to obey the guidelines outlined in the Code of Conduct. Any suspicious behavior may be considered malpractice regardless of its intent. Conduct yourself accordingly. Should you have any problems or concerns, raise your hand and wait for a proctor. 8. Your reading book must be on the ground at your feet during the exam. 9. When you have completed your exam raise your hand and let a proctor know. Place your exam face down on your desk. You may you read your book quietly until the end of the exam. 10.
