If it is not possible for you to take the test under our invigilation,
please take it under your parent’s invigilation. Students can take the
test at their own convenience as well. In that case, the parent has to
be the invigilator, and will have to take the ownership of ensuring
that the student sticks to the section-wise time limits. If you decide
to take the test on your own, please send us your OMRs by 2:00 P.M.
on Aug 19th.

TAKE THE TEST.
If you want us to invigilate, please log in to the Zoom meeting at the
scheduled time. Please have your camera ON at all times.
Have the following with you:
1. Printout of the test paper
2. Printout of the OMR sheet
3. 3-4 pencils: 2B or HB – and erasers
4. Scientific calculator
5. A watch
6. A transparent water bottle

WHAT YOU MUST NOT HAVE WITH YOU:


1. Rough sheets
2. Mobile phones
3. Books
4. Food

After you complete the test, click a picture of the OMR sheet and
email to us at sattest@jamboreeindia.com We will email you your
score within 4 days of receiving your OMRs.

In the email, please give the following details: Your Name, the
Jamboree city/center that you enrolled in, and the email id you used
to enroll with Jamboree. We will need these details to be able to
score your test.

IMPORTANT: There are 18 tests in the schedule. We recommend


students to take 8-12, giving preference to the ones with the
asterisks.

If there are students who are currently still in classes, please start
testing ONLY after 9 math classes and 9 verbal classes.
GUIDELINES FOR PARENTAL INVIGILATION
READ BEFORE STARTING THE TEST

1. Switch off your mobile and set it aside.


2. Your test booklet MUST NOT have the answer sheet. If your
test booklet has the answers, tear off the answer sheet before
starting the test.

3. Use ONLY 2B or HB pencils.

4. Use only Collegeboard-approved calculator.

5. Take the breaks.

DURING THE TEST:

• DO NOT leave ANY question unattempted.

• Mark a random answer and move on.

• Circle the question number and come back to it if you have time.

• In RC, if you are not able to understand the RC after reading 1-2
lines, skip it and go to the next RC. Come back to it later.

• Mark your answers on both the OMR sheet and the answer sheet.

• Cross check every 10 questions to avoid marking the OMR sheet


wrongly.

TIME MANAGEMENT TIP


• Break every RC passage into 12 mins and every Writing passage
into 8 mins. Write the target time near the last question of every
passage and track the pace of your test.

SAT TEST TIME BREAK-UP


READING SECTION 65 minutes
10-minute break. Take the break.
WRITING SECTION 35 minutes
MATH SECTION (no calculator) 25 minutes
5-minute break. Take the break.
MATH SECTION (with calculator) 55 minutes

NOTE FOR THE INVIGILATOR:

1. Ensure that the student adheres to the timing given in the table
above.
2. The time will keep running if the student takes a bathroom
break or any break in the middle of a section.
3. During the scheduled breaks, the student cannot open any
book or switch on his/her mobile phones. The student can do
the following during the break:
a. Eat
b. Drink
c. Go to the bathroom
d. Walk around and stretch
e. Sharpen his pencils
