IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
1. Reporting Time at the main entrance to the Written Examination Venue: 11:00 AM on 18/08/2019
2. No candidate shall be allowed entry into Written Examination Venue/Hall without a copy of the downloaded Admit Card from the Website
www.zpmidwestrecruitment.org
3. Candidates should bring original copy of any one of the following documents in order to prove their identity to gain entry into the examination venue
(I) EPIC (Voter Identity Card) (II) Aadhar Card (III) Passport (IV) PAN Card (V) Driving license.
4. The candidate should take their seats in the examination hall at least 30(thirty) minutes before the commencement of the examination.
5. No candidate shall be allowed entry into the examination hall after the commencement of the examination.
6. No candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall before the scheduled time of conclusion of the examination and all OMR Answer Sheet are
handed over/ collected to/ by the invigilator(s).
7. The candidates are advised not to bring any book, document, note, paper, calculator, mobile phone, electronic gadget including digital wrist watch
etc. to the examination venue. There is no arrangement for safekeeping of these articles at the examination venue. Keeping and using these articles
in the examination hall is strictly prohibited.
8. Candidate will be subjected to search of his/ her person and he/she is expected to cooperate with the personnel on duty at the entrance of the
examination venue.
9. Any kind of malpractice or use of unfair means during the written examination will be dealt with strictly. The candidate involved in such activities will
lose their candidature and face stringent legal action.
10. Only black or blue ball pen can be used for filling the OMR Answer Sheets.
11. Darken the bubbles completely. Don't put a tick mark or a cross mark where it is specified that you fill the bubbles completely. Half-filled or over-filled
bubbles will not be read by the software.

12. Never use whiteners to rectify filling errors as they may disrupt the scanning and evaluation process.
13. Writing on the OMR Answer Sheet is permitted on the specified area only and even small mark on other than specified area may create problem
during the Evaluation.
14. Do not fold the OMR Answer Sheet.
15. Multiple markings will be treated as invalid.
16. No request for change of test venue will be entertained.
