INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES
Possession of Mobile Phone/any Communication device inside the examination centre shall lead to disqualication.
1. Mark your answers on the ‘OMR Answer Sheet’ by blackening the circles by BLUE/BLACK BALL POINT PEN only.
2. Candidates shall be allowed to take the examination only at the centre specied and as per programme mentioned in the Admission Letter.
3. Candidates shall be allowed to enter into the examination centre only having in possession with
I. The Admission Certicate/letter issued by the Commission for the particular examination displaying the scanned Photograph
and signature of the candidate therein and facsimile signature of the Secretary on the body of the admission certicate/letter.
ii. Valid I.D. proof issued by any Government Authority having scanned Photograph& signature of the candidate therein.
iii. Blue or Black ball point pen only.
iv. Two passport size Photographs of the candidate (as uploaded in the Online Application Form) with full signature of the candidate
on the backside of the photograph mentioning the Roll number therein.
v. If the scanned photograph of the candidate is not visible / recognizable/ appropriate size or not having photograph of the
candidate/or having any mark/gure other than the photograph of the candidate in the admission letter, then one photograph will
be stapled in the attendance sheet. The other photograph will be pasted in the admission letter and the candidate should ensure
that the same is signed by the invigilator on duty. The said admission letter is to be preserved by the candidate for future
reference and shall be produced to the Commission when asked for.
4. The candidates shall not be allowed to enter the examination centre in possession with any of the following articles:
i. Any stationery items such as textual materials (Printed or written), bits of papers, Geometry/Pencil Box, Plastic Pouch,
Calculator, Scale, writing pad, pen drive, erasers, correction uid, log table, electronic pen, scanner etc.
ii. Any communication devices such as Mobile Phones, Bluetooth devices, Ear Phones, Microphones, Pager, Health Band, Wrist
Band or any metallic items (which may be used for hiding the above communication devices)
iii. Any Bag, Wrist Watch, Bracelet, Camera etc.
iv. Any eatable item open or packed, water bottle etc.
v. Any other item which could be used for un-fair means, for hiding communication devices like Camera, Bluetooth devices etc.
vi. The candidates are also instructed to report in the Examination Centre(s) wearing slippers/Sandals with Low heels. Full shoes
are not allowed.
5. No arrangement will be made at the centers for keeping any articles/items belonging to the candidates. In case, any candidate is found in
possession of any of the banned items as above inside the centre, it will be considered as use of un-fair means and action will be taken against
the candidate in accordance with the relevant provision of the law and the candidature of the candidate having found in possession of any of
the above banned items will be rejected.
6. No candidate shall be admitted to the examination hall after 15 minutes of commencement of examination. No candidate shall be allowed to
leave the examination hall before completion of the examination. No candidate shall be allowed to leave the examination hall without submitting
the OMR answer sheet to the invigilator on duty.
7. No Candidate shall talk to another/adopt any unfair means/possess any written material with him/cause any disturbance in the examination
hall/impersonate anybody in the examination.
8. Smoking/being in a state of intoxication in the hall is prohibited.
9. No candidate shall use whitener/eraser in the answer booklet. Use of whitener/eraser will entail disqualication of the candidate.
10. Candidate must abide by the instruction given in this Admission Letter, Question Booklet, in the OMR Answer Sheet and any further instructions
which may be conveyed by the authorities in charge of the examination.
11. Failure on the part of the candidate to adhere the above conditions may entail his/her debarment from the examination and imposition of
penalty prescribed under Rules.
N:B-This admission letter is provisional. The selection of the candidate at any stage of the recruitment process is subject to verication of his/her
original documents relating to the eligibility criteria prescribed for the post in the advertisement. If the candidate is found ineligible at any stage
of the recruitment or even after nal selection or thereafter his/her candidature will be rejected forthwith.
