GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS

ONLINE POST MIDTERM EXAMINATION 2021-22
CLASSES IX & XI
Procedure for Appearing in Examination

 It is mandatory for all the students to appear in the examination.

 Students ought to use their e-mail id that clearly mentions their name and not the e-mail
id of parents or some funny and fake names.(unethical/unprofessional)
 While writing the paper the students need to be working with two devices and the
cameras need to be ON.
 The student's answer sheet and pen should be visible on the screen. For this, student
needs to sit at a distance from the device.
 No other book, site, help books to be used / referred for help (unfair means).
Please ensure
• Uninterrupted Internet connection.
• Students must keep track of time.
• Choose an area of peace and no disturbance.
On the day of examination
QUESTION PAPER -
 Maximum Marks – 50/30
 Reading Time – 15 Minutes
 Writing time – 2:00 Hours
 Answer sheet submission time – 15 minutes

 The question paper will be shared via WhatsApp.

 The paper needs to be solved on ruled sheet with name, class, section, subject, and date
mentioned clearly on page 1. Student should arrange all the things required for writing the
paper in advance.
 After getting the question paper, the student will sit in zoom class room with video on
(mandatorily)
 In no case video off will be permitted. Switching off video during exam will be considered
as use of unfair means.
 Kindly keep your water bottle with you.
 No student will be permitted to leave the zoom meeting during 2:00 hours. In case of
going to washroom, student should take permission from the invigilators.
 After finishing the paper the students have to send the answer sheets within the allotted
time limit to the concerned subject educator via E –mail

11:00 am – 11:15 am 1:30 pm – 1:45 pm Scan and send the PDF via e-mail to the
concerned subject educator

Exams are stressful not only for students but for their parents as well. The health and safety of
our students is always our number one priority .The parents and the teachers work in
partnership for the all-round development of a child. It is important to teach students to adhere
and respect examination discipline and be proud of it. Motivate your child to maintain a
proper code of conduct for the same. Give your child time, advice and love and see how
beautifully you can ward off all the negative thoughts of your child. It is requested to
invigilate the child while examination if possible. ‘Alone we can do little; together we can do
so much.".
