FOR STUDENTS:
Students are required to wear their Id and School uniform during online classes in the morning or in the
afternoon. Overseas students may wear smart casual clothes if uniform and id are not available.
Students shall appear well-groomed during their online classes.
Students shall have the gadget ready like laptop, IPad, or cell phone for the online class with their
charger available at their side and check the online connectivity.
Students shall attend online classes on time. Attendance will be checked diligently by the subject
teacher/adviser before the start of each session:
o Meeting Ids and Class Codes will be given by the subject teachers ahead of time.
o Virtual Classes/meetings will be opened at the exact time of the subject.
o Students will be given at least 5 minutes to enter the Meeting Room/Virtual Classroom. Failure
to join the Virtual Class/Meeting Room within the allotted time or beyond 5 minutes will be
considered tardy.
o Students must secure a virtual excuse letter or video message to the subject teacher for a
recorded tardiness or absence.
o Planned absences must be communicated to the affected subject teachers ahead of time.
FOR PARENTS:
Parents play a crucial role in the engagement of children to an effective Distance Online Learning.
Parents shall provide a small working space at home that is conducive for their child’s online learning.
