The Instructions for the Parents
1. Due to Parent’s concern the school has decided to release the papers on
WhatsApp group in the evening.
2. Parents will open the WhatsApp group 15 minutes before the exam.
3. Parents have to write the following detail on every page of the Answer
sheet:-
 Name

 Class

 Subject

 Sec

 Page no. on each page

 Date

4. Students have to answer the exams on ruled sheets neatly & only use the
following sheets for writing the Exams
Eng : 4 Lined
Hindi : 5 Lined
Maths : Square Box
5. Parents may Contact the Subject Teacher for any Query.
6. Parents have to keep their ward’s Answer sheet in safe manner (i.e. not a
single page should be torn not any kind of spot on that like pickle, vegetable
etc.)
7. The image of test should be clicked properly and also checked by the Parents
before sending. Neither blurred nor tilted image will be accepted.
8. There will be study leave on 22nd Oct, 23rd Oct, 26th Oct, 27th Oct, 29th Oct,
30th Oct.
9. Kindly Submit the test within the given time.
