RE: Final Exams

Dear Respected Parents and Family Members

Who: All Gibson School Systems students from pre-kindergarten up to grade 11.
What: Final Exams over the entire semester portion from the first topics and chapters
to the last mentioned pages and curriculum points.

When: June 19 to 23. Monday to Friday.

(No school on Wednesday, June 21 - stay home and study.)

How: Using worksheets, former tests, notes, handouts, text books, and all other
resources, parents and students review the entire portion and prepare for these
exams. Students who read, outline the chapters, and review all materials with
their families using practice tests and question and answer sessions at home will
be successful.
Why: To ensure the retention of information and the rigor of covering and preparing
for larger portions. To review and summarize the semester and solidify the
learning.

** Urge your children to prepare using the portions and giving their full time to
preparing for these important assessments. Also remind them to be honest in all testing
processes. It is a shame to have to give a zero and no credit to students due to lack of
honesty. Urge them to work hard and overcome obstacles and work hard to lift up
their marks and retain the necessary knowledge.

Thank you for your commitment to your child’s education. Together, we will see that
your child reaches his or her highest potential.

ጉዲዩ፡- የሁተሇኛ መንፈቀ ዓመት አጠቃላይ ፈተናን ይመሇከታል፡፡

ውዴ የተከበራችሁ የጊብሰን ትምህርት ቤቶች ሥርኣት ወላጆችና ቤተሰብ አባላት ፣

ማን፤ ሁለም የጊብሰን ትምህርት ቤቶች ሥርኣት ከአጸዯ ህጻናት እሰከ 11ኛ ክፍል ያለ ተማሪዎች፣

ምን፣ የሁሇተኛ መንፈቀ ዓመት ማጠቃሇያ ፈተና በሴሚስተሩ ውስጥ የተሸፈኑ የትምህርት
ክፍሎች/portion/ ከመጀመሪያው የትምህርት ርእስ እና ምእራፍ አንስቶ
እስከመጨረሻዎቹ ገጾችና በሥርኣተ ትምህርቱ ውስጥ እስከተገሇጹት ይዘቶች፡፡
መቼ፤ ከሰኔ 12-16 ቀን 2015 ዓም ከሰኞ እስከ አርብ፡፡/ረቡዕ ሰኔ 14 ቀን 2015 ዓ.ም በቤት ቆይቶ የማጥኚያ
ቀን ነው፡፡ /

እንዳት፤ ወርክሽቶችን፣ ቀዯም ያለ ቴስቶችን፣ ማስታወሻዎችን፣ በጽሑፍ የተሰጡ ማስታወሻዎችን፣

መማሪያ መጽሐፍትና እና ሌሎች የመረጃ ምንጮችን/Resources/ በመጠቀም ማጥናት፣
ወላጆችና ተማሪዎች መላውን የትምህርት ክፍል/Portion/በመመርመር እና በመከሇስ ሇእነዚህ
ፈተናዎች ይዘጋጃለ፡፡ የየምዕራፉን አርዕሰተ ጉዲዮች የሚያነቡና ከወላጆቻቸው ጋር ሆነው
ሙከራዎችን የሚሰሩ፣ የሚሇማመደ፣ በቤት ውስጥ የጥያቄና መልስ መርሐ- ግብር በማውጣት
ሁለንም ትምህርት የሚሇማመደ ተማሪዎች ስኬታማ ይሆናለ፡፡
ሇምን፤ ተማሪዎች መረጃዎችን በጥልቀት አጥንተው አይረሴ በማዴረግ ሂዯት ሰፊውን የትምህርት
ክፍል አጠናክረው ማጥናታቸውን ማረጋገጥ፡፡ የሴሚስተሩን ትምህርት በመከሇስና በአጭር
መግሇጫ በማጠቃሇል ትምህርቱን ማጠናከር፡፡
** ልጆቻችሁን ሇዚህ ጠቃሚ ሇሆነ ፈተና /ምዘና/ ሙለ ጊዜያቸውን ሰጥተው እንዱዘጋጁ በትምህርት
ክፍለ /Portion/ ውስጥ የተካተቱትን መረጃዎች በትጋት አንዱያጠኑ አጥብቀው ያስገንዝቧቸው፡፡
በተጨማሪም በሚሰጡት ፈተናዎች ሁለ ታማኝ ሆነው እንዱሰሩ ያስታውሷቸው፡፡ በታማኝነት ጉዴሇት
የተነሣ ሇተማሪዎች የፈተና ዋጋ ማጣትና ዜሮ ማግኘት እጅግ አሳፋሪ ነገር ነው፡፡ መሰናክሎችን
አሸንፈው ጠንክሮ በመስራት ውጤታቸውን ከፍ ሇማዴረግ አንዱችለ አስፈላጊውን እውቀት መያዝ
ይገባልና ሇዚሁ ጠንክርው እንዱዘጋጁ አበክረው ይገፋፏዋቸው፡፡

ሇልጅዎ ትምህርት ስላልዎት ቁርጠኝነት እናመሰግናሇን፡፡ አብረን ሆነን ልጅዎ ወዯ ከፍታ የችሎታ
ጣሪያ ሲዯርስ/ስትዯርስ አናያሇን፡፡
