Protocol for 2ndYear PUC Mid Term Examinations November 2020

1. Be aware of the timetable for the Mid Term , Subjective Tests. This includes, days,
dates, subject and test timings.
2. Be aware of the portions for each test which is enclosed with this communication
3. On the test date, be ready with the required stationery (pens, pencils, sharpener,
eraser, Answer booklet given by the college (do not tear any pages from the
booklet) and sufficient A4 size sheets in case additional sheets are required) and a
bottle of water. Find a suitable place to write the test. You cannot get up from the
place till the test is over. No other person can enter the room where you are taking
the test except one of your parent who will act as local invigilator. On the Main
Answer booklet and all the additional sheets, clearly write your complete name, your
BASE Student Number, Section, Subject name and date.
4. The Question Paper, in a PDF form will be uploaded on the dashboard of the student
portal 5 minutes before the commencement of the test. You are advised to
download the question paper.
5. At the correct time, i.e. 10:00 a.m.; begin the test.
6. After you complete the test, scan and email the answer sheets as a single PDF File to

the email ID rvpu2a@gmail.com(for2A), rvpu2b@gmail.com(for2B),


rvpu2c@gmail.com(for2C), rvpu2d@gmail.com(for2D), rvpu2e@gmail.com(for2E),
rvpu2f@gmail.com(for2F).The File name should be your “StudentCode
_Subject”.This must be done before 1.20 PM on the day of the test. Failing which
you will be treated as absent. You will not get any confirmation of receipt of the
email by the college. However, if we have not received the email, someone will
follow-up to confirm whether you have taken the exam or not .
7. You are advised to download suitable scanning tool and app on your mobile phone
and to a trial before the exam date to avoid last minute confusion and chaos.
8. Keep the answer scripts safe. Please firmly pin or use a thread to tie all sheets of
answer papers of a particular subject.
9. When all the subject tests conclude, i.e. any day between 01st and 03rdDecember,
submit all your answer scripts neatly, in a closed large-sized envelope to your
college.
Write your Name, Student Code and Section on the Large Envelope.
10. The evaluation will be done later after matching your answer scripts with the
scanned copies of the same sent by you immediately after the exam. Any mismatch
will be treated as malpractice.
11. We request one of the parents to act as a local invigilator. It helps to determine
your wards ability and gives a true picture so that he/she can work on
improvement based on actual performance.
12. Students are advised to honestly write the paper without referring to any books,
notes or modules. This test is for you to know where you stand in attempting the
board type papers. If you cheat during the exam, you will be cheating yourself.
